Episode 026 - Weight Loss: a female's perspective

For any woman out there who has put in the effort to shed unwanted fat – most of us – you would have discovered very quickly just how hard it really is.

To make matters worse we so often sabotage things with the mental games that we play on ourselves, or the demons that tend to visit at the worst possible times.

These mental hurdles that we women face make a hard task near-impossible.

It’s very easy to look at a woman who’s in good or great shape and assume she’s had it easy, or doesn’t know what it’s like to struggle inside and out.

In this episode, Courtney talks about the ins and outs of weight loss from a female's perspective...as only she can.

Been listening for a while and want the full picture?

We made a comprehensive training that walks through the four biggest reasons people stay stuck in the weight loss cycle and what to do instead to make sure you are moving in the right direction consistently.
